Single Customer View 3.2

This major release of Single Customer View that is fully compatible with FintechOS Platform v22.1 brings significant improvements to the customer's dashboard profile view on both Private individuals and Legal Entities modules. Apart from a better organization of the customer's information, new data is also displayed, such as groups, complaints, financial indicators, overdue installments, garnishments, debt to the state budget, payment incidents, insolvency, internal or external campaign activities, agreements, interaction history and so on.

What's New

Restructured Customer Profile Data

With a better organization of the customer's information, the data displayed has been curated allowing you to navigate in an efficient manner through the customer's profile. The customer's profile dashboard now displays the following data for both Private Individuals and Legal Entities modules:

Profile

The Profile tab displays general customer data regarding personal information, contact details, account settings preferences (timezone, currency), or any complaints associated with the customer's account. For legal entities, important details about group, members, or shareholders can be viewed in this tab.

Sales

Apart from agreements and interactions, the Sales tab now displays internal (sales and administrative) and external campaign at the customer's account level.

Financial Info

The Financial Info tab displays the customer's general financial data. With this release, financial indicators have been added to analyze the customer's economic health. In addition, the customer's financial profile has been improved and now displays significant information such as: garnishments, overdue installments, Electronic Archive of Real Movable Guarantees (EARMG) records, payment incidents, and so on.

Product Portfolio

Starting with this release, the Product Portfolio tab has been added to reflect the banking products linked to the customer's account. The following banking products can be viewed for both Private Individual and Legal Entities modules:

  • Term Loan - banking product which defines a loan for a specific sum of money that is paid back with interest.

  • Credit Card - banking product that allows the customer to make purchases without bringing out any amount of cash.

  • Overdraft (Current Account with Overdraft) - an extension of the credit from a lending institution that is granted when there are insufficient founds on an account.

Record Status Filter Option

Records can be easily filtered based on their status allowing you to view either active up-to-date details or inactive ones that are no longer in use. This option is available for both Single Customer View modules on most grids, for example:

  • Phone numbers

  • Email Addresses

  • Shareholders

  • Contacts

Improvements

Account Types

When defining new account types, the Form field has been added to better reflect the customer's account type for both Private Individuals and Legal Entities modules. This field let's you select from the following options:

  • Private Individual

  • Legal Entity

Breaking Changes

Starting with this version, the below Single Customer View endpoints are implemented. These endpoints replace the now obsolete Core Banking customer endpoints related to creating or updating legal entity or individual customers, addresses, customer representatives, and groups.
