This version of Task Management, which is fully compatible with FintechOS Platform 22.1.4, comes with new features and improvements, as detailed below.

New Features
One-by-One and Bulk Re-assignment
The Administrator has the option to bulk or one-by-one assign tasks already assigned to a user or unallocated.
Endpoint for Business Workflow Status Changes and Resolution
The new FTOS_CMB_ChangeTaskStatusClosed endpoint allows you to change the business workflow status in Closed and to set up a value on the Resolution field.
Improvements

The automatic task allocation mechanism takes into consideration the workload balancing on the users.

Possibility to select fields that are attributes related to the main entity in order to display them in the Task list.

The use of filters for queues, competence levels and profiles is optional, while still keeping the automatic task allocation mechanism functional.

The analytics of the Returned, Approved, and Rejected Tasks are displayed in the Task Management Dashboards.
