The First Notification of Loss accelerator enables you to register a claim for an insured pet, through a completely digital First Notification of Loss (FNOL) process. It comprises of the following steps:

1. Initiate Claim: This is the first step, where you start the journey and provide your GDPR consent to process the claim.

2. Search for Policy: Provide your personal details and the number of your policy.

3. Select the Insured Incident: Select the incident under which you would like to make a claim.

4. Book an Assessment: Choose and confirm the type of claim assessment and the date you wish to book it.

5. Provide Documents: Provide any documents to support your claim.

Start the First Notification of Loss journey by clicking the Start a claim button, on the Register Claim home page. You are redirected to the Initiate Claim page.
