Book An Assessment

You arrived to the Book an Assessment page. You are asked to book a time and date, and choose how you would like to make an assessment of the incident.

1. Book the assessment, and click Continue to confirm, as presented in the example below.

   

2. Click Continue to advance.

3. Your claim is now recorded! View the claim number and the summary of your claim.

   

4. Click Home to be redirected to the Home page.
