You arrived to the What Happened page. Here, you are asked to specify details about the incident.

1. Report the incident by filling in the fields, as presented in the example below.

   

2. If you need help to upload any documents to support the claim, contact the claims team. The contact details are provided below the fields.

3. Click Continue.

   • If you have a policy number, you advance to the Book an Assessment page.

   • If you don't have a policy number, you advance to the Additional Documents page.
