Provide Documents
You have arrived to the Additional Documents page. Here, you can attach or scan documents to support your claim.

Upload any document that supports your claim, such as a valuation or invoice. You can click Add file, and search for your file in the specific folder, or you can drag and drop the file.

Click Continue to advance.

Your claim is now recorded! View the claim number and the summary of your claim.

Click Home to be redirected to the Home page.
