Search For Policy

In case the system finds your policy according to the provided number, you advance to the Choose the Right Policy page. Your policy is displayed, where you can view its status.

1. Click More Details to view the summary and the covered risks.

   

2. Click Select on the policy, and then click Continue to advance to the What Happened page.

In case the system doesn't find your policy, you have to validate your data, by following the steps below:

1. You receive two codes, one on your phone as an SMS message, and one on your e-mail address for validation.

2. Input the codes in the corresponding fields, and continue to the What Happened page.
