The new Pet Insurance First Notification of Loss (FNOL) accelerator is a mobile-first customer self-service journey that allows retail customers to notify an insurer of a possible claim. The journey takes the user through a series of steps, including identifying the customer and matching the policy, providing pet details, or receiving a claim registration confirmation.

Pet Insurance First Notification of Loss Flow
As a customer, you can easily make a claim for your pet by following these flow steps:
Initiate a claim;
Search for your policy;
Select the incident that you want to make a claim under;
Book an assessment for the incident;
Provide any documents to support your claim.
