Operational Ledger 4.0

This version of FintechOS Operational Ledger supports the features that come with Core Banking v4.0 and it has improved performance. Operational Ledger v4.0 is fully compatible with FintechOS Platform v22.1.4.

Improvements
OL Operation Transaction Improvement
We've improved how the OL Operation Transaction is built, enabling more accurate and robust entries and a base for reporting. For example, at a loan contract level, when you enter a destination bank account belonging to a different customer than the one owning the contract, any disbursement event happens in that customer's account, and the operation transaction record at the Operational Ledger level mentions the name of that customer in the Destination Partner field.
