Selfie

After the identity document was collected successfully, and the data was confirmed by the customer, including the SSN or ITIN, it is time to confirm the photograph from the identity document with a selfie taken within the application.

1 Screen One

The screen displays: It's selfie time! Take a pic to help us confirm your identity. Please keep a straight face. Consider good lighting conditions. Make sure your face is clearly visible.

Click Take a selfie button to begin the process.

2 Screen Two

The screen displays: Let's confirm your identity. Please position your face inside the frame. Position your face and click the camera button.

3 Screen Three

This screen displays whether or not the two photographs are a match. If they are a match, the customer is directed to the page Employment History. If they are not, the customer has 100 retries to take the selfie. When the maximum number of retries has been reached, the flow ends.

Once the processing of the selfie is done, click Continue.
