Creating Campaigns
The following chapter of this guide is meant to explain the steps taken when a campaign is created.

Prior to creating campaigns, you need to create personalized content and define audiences using the Hyper-Personalization Automation processor; otherwise, you won't be able to create campaigns. To begin creating the campaign, log into the Innovation Studio and expand the main menu icon at the top left corner.
In the main menu, navigate to Automation Blocks> Omnichannel Campaigns > Campaigns. The Campaigns List page appears. Follow the steps from the below pages:
