What's New

Policy Excesses

Core Policy Admin 3.3.0 captures and stores excesses for coverages, sub-coverages, and risks. You can view the excess for a policy in the Policy Coverage and Covered Risk sections.

Learn about the policy excess by accessing the Excess Management page.

Policy Claim Data

Core Policy Admin retrieves claim data from Core Claims Admin as well from an external source. The Policy Claim Data API is called each time an update is made at the reserve or payment level. See more details by accessing the Policy Claim Data API page.

After retrieving a claim, the system recalculates the indemnity limit if the product does not have configured an automatic reinstatement of the sum insured.

Learn more about policy claim data and the indemnity limits by accessing the Policy Claim Data page.

The Policy Claims Data API is improved to update the available indemnity limit in a policy. Read more by accessing the Policy Claims Data API page.

Master Policy Mid Term Adjustments

With the 3.3.0 version, you can make various changes to the active master policies. Search for the master policy you wish to change in the system and register alterations regarding the frequency, the payment type, or the due date.

These changes apply for all the policies that are bound to the master policy, which are in the In Force status. Learn more about the changes you can make to a master policy by accessing the Master Policy Mid Term Adjustments page.

Master Policy Cancellation

The solution allows you to request a cancellation for a master policy, and also configure the cancellation reason types.

Learn about the master policy cancellation process by accessing the Master Policy Cancellation page.
