Managing Detailed Customer Information

After the customer's account is created, additional details can be added or edited. To display the list with existing accounts, follow the below steps:

  1. Go to the FintechOS Portal.

  2. Open the Main menuin the top left corner and expand the General menu.

  3. Select the Private Individuals menu option. The Account Private Individuals List page is displayed.
    Click the table headers to order the list of customers based on the desired field or use the magnifying glass icon to filter the list of customers based on a certain criteria.

  4. Double-click to view or edit a customer record.

The customer data is displayed in the following tabs:

  1. Dasboard

  2. Profile

  3. Sales

  4. Financial Info

  5. Product Portfolio

  6. Compliance

  7. Documents

  8. Analystics

To edit customer data, navigate to the relevant fields and update the desired values. Then, click either Save and close to return to the Customers List page, or Save and reload to continue working with the customer's detailed view.
