Configuring the Business Workflow Processor
The Business Workflows Processor uses rules-driven business transitions between statuses to help a bank see the status of a SME application. It renders the status of a record, i.e. in this case the application for a current account, and provides processing that must occur for the application to move to the next step in its life-cycle. For the SME Mobile Onboarding solution, there is an end-to-end self-service flow.

The statuses can be used as input to generate reports and see the number of successful applications or to see the status of each SME customer and retail customer as well.

- In FintechOS Studio, click the main menu icon at the top left corner.
- In the main menu, click Automation Blocks > Business Workflow > Business Workflows Designer. The Business Workflows List page appears.
- From the list, select FTOS_BASME_SmeOnboarding. It is attached to the entity FTOS_BASME_AccountApplication.
Status Description New The status when the customer clicks "Get started" on the page Welcome screens. Initial questions passed The status when the customer clicks "Next'' on the page What you will need screen. Company fetch successfully The status when the customer clicks "Next'' on the page Company Identification. Company fetch error If the third party interrogation returns an error. Company confirmed The status when the customer clicks "Next'' on the page Confirm your company. Company role confirmed The status when the customer clicks "Next'' on the page Company Role. Contact info and consents submitted The status when the customer clicks "Next'' on the page Contact Info and Consent. Contact info validated The status when the customer validates the OTP codes in Contact Validation. OTP or email failed to be sent When the email or SMS failed to be sent. OTP or email failed to be validated by user When the customer inputs the wrong codes more then 5 times. Business details submitted The status when the customer clicks "Next'' on the page About your Business. Bundle configured The status when the customer selects a package on the page Choose Your Package. Card delivery configured After the customer selects the options on the page Customize Your Card. Documents requested When the user arrives at the page Company Documents. Documents provided After the customer provides all the documents. OCR launched When the customer initiates the OCR process on the page Identity Card. OCR passed If the customer passes the OCR process. OCR failed In case the OCR has failed more then 5 times. Liveness launched After the customer initiates the liveness check on the page Time to take a selfie. Liveness postponed by user In case the customer selects the I want to do this later option on the page Time to take a selfie. Liveness passed In case the customer passes the liveness check. Liveness failed In case face recognition failed more the 5 times. Personal Data submitted The status when the customer clicks "Next'' on the page Check your Data. Contracts generated and sent When the customer reaches the page Sign the Papers. Contract not sent In case the documents are not sent by the bank. Contract Signed The status when the customer signs the documents on the page Sign the Papers. Expired After a determined period of time with no progress on behalf of the customer the session expires. Onboarding done + existing PI account After the system checks if the customer is or isn't an existing retail customer. Onboarding done + eligible for PI account After the system discovers that the customer isn't an existing retail customer. Personal details submitted After the customer joins the retail onboarding process and confirms the personal details. FATCA and CRS done After the customer agrees with FATCA and CRS. Bundle selected The status after the customer selects a product. Contracts signed After the contract is signed for the retail onboarding.
