With the new SME First Notification of Loss (FNOL) accelerator, small and medium businesses can easily register a claim, and notify the insurer. The mobile self-service journey takes the user through a series of steps, including identifying the customer and matching the policy, providing details about the business, or receiving a claim registration confirmation.

Main Features

SME First Notification of Loss Flow

You can easily make a claim for your business by following these flow steps:

  • Initiate a claim and provide minimum information about the company;

  • Verify your identity through an OTP - SMS code;

  • Search for your policy by the company number;

  • Select the incident that you want to make a claim under;

  • Provide any documents to support your claim;

  • Book an assessment for the incident.
