AI Workflow Engine

The AI Workflow Engine comprises the Workflow Engine and the Dex AI assistant. Future enhancements will also introduce the ability to orchestrate custom AI agents.

• The Workflow Engine allows you to configure and run customer workflows and back-office workflows. This supports end-to-end customer journeys as well as internal operational activities. For more information, see the FintechOS Studio documentation.
• The Dex AI assistant helps users interact more effectively with the platform. It can answer platform-related questions, assist with troubleshooting, recommend relevant documentation, and accelerate development by suggesting suitable templates for products and workflows.
