Product Templates

The core of Product Factory is the Product Designer, FintechOS’ solution for building banking and insurance products. The products are built using templates that allow you to customize key features like amounts, durations, fees, interests, etc., all streamlined in a unified user experience that is highly configurable and easy to use. You can either:

• Use Built-In Product Templates that are available out-of-the box for a variety of scenarios.
• Create your own Custom Product Templates tailored to your specific business requirements.

Select a Product Template

To select a template for your product:

1. Go to Main Menu > Product.
2. Click + New Product.
3. Browse the available templates and select one. If you need help, click the Search with assistance button at the bottom of the page to Use the Product AI Assistant to Select a Product Template.

Use the Product AI Assistant to Select a Product Template

The Product AI Assistant can help you select a template for your product that matches your requirements.

1. In the New Product screen, click the Search with Assistance button.
   
2. Interact with the AI-powered chatbot to provide details about the product you want to create.
   
3. After collecting enough information, the AI assistant generates a list of relevant product templates. Click the Open list button to view the suggestions.
   
4. Hover over a proposed template and click either Use template to start configuring your product based on the template or Preview to examine the product template further before making a decision.
