Digital Solutions

Digital Solutions allow you to bundle your digital assets for easy distribution and deployment. For instance, you can use digital solutions to create product suites that contain multiple applications, each based on a specific digital asset. The linking between a digital solution and a digital asset is non-exclusive, therefore a digital asset can be part of multiple digital solutions.

By bundling digital assets into digital solutions, you can leverage the Digital Solutions Packages capabilities to easily export and deploy complex deliverables.

Creating Digital Solutions

  1. From the Main Menu, go to Configuration Management > Digital Solutions. The Digital Solutions is displayed.

  2. Click the Insert button on the top right of the page. The Add Digital Solution page is displayed.

  3. Fill in the Code, Name, and Description fields accordingly.

  4. Click the Save and reload button. The digital solution is now created, and the Edit Digital Solution page is displayed.

Editing Digital Solutions

  1. From the Main Menu, go to Configuration Management > Digital Solutions. The Digital Solutions List is displayed.

  2. Locate the target digital solution and double click it. The Edit Digital Solution page is displayed.

On this page, you can do the following:

  • Edit the project description.

  • Insert, delete, export digital assets.

  • Refresh the list of digital assets.

Once all editing is complete, click the Save and reload button at the top right corner of the page to save the changes.

Deleting Digital Solutions

  1. From the Main Menu, go to Configuration Management > Digital Solutions. The Digital Solutions List is displayed.

  2. Locate the target digital solution, select it, and click the Delete button on the top right of the page. A confirmation dialog is displayed.

  3. Click Yes to confirm deleting the digital solution. The selected digital solution is now deleted.
