This DCS Services update introduces a few SDK improvements and bug fixes.

Improvements

Liveness Processor: Removed maxRetry as it was ambiguous with an existing feature of SDK retry capture (until the capture was satisfactory).

VideoComponent Processor: Changed interface for client & operator (with feature on/off flag to still use the old one).

It is now possible to inform the user if video / microphone is blocked.
