This DCS Services update introduces a few SDK improvements and bug fixes.

What's New

With this release, the hasFilter method has been added for VideoComponent. In addition, the dropped video status in has been added for VideoComponent.

• Updated OpenTok to v2.24.3 and use OpenTok SDK without any alteration
