This DCS Services update introduces the new Facetec OCR functionality to better facilitate identity checks by securely validating customer's identity documents.

NOTE  
The Facetec OCR functionality is compatible with the SySDigitalSolutionPackages v22.1.0000 or higher.
In order to use this functionality, go to Release Hub > FintechOS Platform and upgrade your component to the latest FintechOS Platform SysPack release.

What's New

Facetec

Facetec OCR functionality can now be added to FintechOS Platform Digital Journeys to validate that the photo from the customer's identity document matches their selfie photo. To accommodate this, the following capabilities have been implemented:

  • updated Facetec strings customization to include Romanian translations.

  • the photoIdMatching boolean value that allows you to choose between the two available Facetec flows: selfie or selfie/ID matching.

  • the minMatchLevel parameter that enables you to set the confidence level for matching selfie/photo ID.

  • the LivenessSuccess event returns a base64 string for scanned IDs.

In addition, a new parameter that saves up to six liveness photos has been added.
