Feature Highlights

Perform Solution Configurations and Set Commissions

Before beginning to use the system, configure agreement, invoice, and transaction types, specify the libraries and functions used for invoice generation, set the system parameter, and assign security roles for your users. The commissioning schema, type, and third-party commissions must be also set.

Manage Third-Party Entities & Roles

Create customer records in your system for each of the third-party entities registered with your institution and assign them roles. Roles such as merchant agent, or broker must be later specified at the contracts/ deals level, as they are important when generating invoice details.

Manage Agreements

Create complex agreements between your institution and third-party entities such as agents or brokers, who intermediate the selling of products to customers, in exchange for a payment previously negotiated with the company. Each agreement contains information about the pricing applicable to it. Manage the agreements' life-cycle, approving or rejecting the records, and update existing agreements by creating new versions for them.

Manage Invoices Creation & Payment

Manage invoices that track the incomes and expenses resulting from contracts/ deals based on the institution's agreements with third-party entities (merchants, agents, brokers, etc.). You can create invoices manually or allow Distribution Management to create the invoices automatically. The commissions applicable to agreement pricings are automatically calculated by the system as invoice details, and the payments are also performed automatically by Distribution Management processes.
