Configure the Fonts Folder for Digital Documents

When generating documents using the Digital Documents Processor, if the document template fonts are not installed on the FintechOS Portal server, the output documents will contain generic fonts instead. To prevent this, follow these steps:

  1. Upload the required font files to a designated local path on the FintechOS Portal server.
  2. Specify the fonts folder path in the Configuration Manager:
    Key PathKey NameKey Value
    kv/<environment>/<Portal application name>/app-settingsgembox-baseFontDir

    Absolute path, e.g.:
    C:\home\site\wwwroot\portal\fonts\
    or
    Path relative to the C:\Windows\system32 folder. E.g.:
    ..\..\home\site\wwwroot\portal\fonts\
