Installing Private Individuals

This page contains the installation steps for Customer 360 for Private Individuals v4.0 and v3.3-4.0. Read the section corresponding to the version you are planning to install. For the Legal Entities module installation steps, see the Installing Legal entities page.

IMPORTANT!  
You must run the deployment tool on a machine with network access to FintechOS Studio and FintechOS database server.

Prerequisites

  • Make sure you have the dcs-sdk.js file on your environment in the Custom folder.

  • You have selected the Use Custom Styles checkbox in FintechOS Studio > Admin > Settings > General tab.

Dependencies

To install Customer 360 for Private Individuals v4.0, the following packages need to be installed first:

  • FintechOS Studio version v22.1.4

  • SySDigitalSolutionPackages v22.1.4000

  • FtosSysPkgDeployer Tool for v22.1.4

NOTE  
The below installation steps describe how the install Customer 360 for Private Individuals v4.0. You can install both Customer 360 modules on your FintechOS Instance. To do so, download the below packages from the Release Hub:
1. Single Customer View (C360) Common.zip
2. Single Customer View (C360) Private Individuals.zip

Installation Steps

  1. Download and unzip the Single Customer View (C360) Common.zip package from the Release Hub in C:\temp\C360Common (or another path of your choice).
  2. Download and unzip the Single Customer View (C360) Private Individuals.zip package from the Release Hub in C:\temp\C360PI (or another path of your choice).
  3. Use the FtosSysPkgDeployer to install each package as follows:
    • Navigate to the location where you have unzipped the FtosSysPkgDeployer.

    • Run the following commands with “Run as administrator”:

      NOTE  
      The input parameters are just samples, you need to replace the parameters with real values.
      • FtosSysPkgDeployer.exe" -i -a -s "StudioLink" -u AdminStudioUser -p user_password -z DataBaseServer -v DB_user -k DB_user_password -d "TheNameOfTheDataBase" -r "C:\temp\C360Common\*.zip"

        The script starts running in your Windows console. Wait for it to finish.

      • FtosSysPkgDeployer.exe" -i -a -s "StudioLink" -u AdminStudioUser -p user_password -z DataBaseServer -v DB_user -k DB_user_password -d "TheNameOfTheDataBase" -r "C:\temp\C360PI\*.zip"

        If your parameter values were correct, the Customer 360 for Private Individuals menus are displayed in the FintechOS Portal.

NOTE  
The syntax presented here is for information purposes only. Please run the actual async install_SysPackDA.bat file.

Below you can find the tool parameters explanation for FtosSysPkgDeployer.

  • <StudioLink>: The web URL of the Innovation Studio installation, for example http://localhost/ftos_studio.

  • <AdminStudioUser>: The username of the Innovation Studio user under which this import is executed. The user has to exist in Innovation Studio prior to this operation

  • <user_password>: The password for the Innovation Studio user.

  • <DataBaseServer>: The name of the database server where the FintechOS installation database was created.

  • <DB_user>: The username of the SQL Server user with administration rights on the FintechOS installation database.

  • <DB_user_password>: The password for the above mentioned SQL user.

  • <TheNameOfTheDataBase>: The name of the database where the Customer 360 package is deployed.

NOTE  

For more information about the deployment tool, please run FtosSysPackageDeployer.exe without any arguments to see the built-in help.

Installation Steps

  1. Download and unzip the Single Customer View (C360) Common.zip package from the Release Hub in C:\temp\C360Common (or another path of your choice).
  2. Download and unzip the Single Customer View (C360) Private Individuals.zip package from the Release Hub in C:\temp\C360PI (or another path of your choice).
  3. Use the FtosSysPkgDeployer to install each package as follows:

Post-Installation Steps

The following scheduled jobs are used with the Customer 360 for Private Individuals solution and are created after the packages are installed.

  • FTOS_CMB_RecalculateManagersPath - This job updates the managers' hierarchy records for the FTOS_CMB_SystemUserInfo entity. It runs every hour. It comes with the Foundation package.

  • FTOS_ACC_RecalculateParentBranchPath - This job updates the branch hierarchy records for the FTOS_ACC_BUBranch entity. It runs every hour. It comes with the Foundation package.

  • FTOS_ACC_RecalculateParentBranchPath - This job updates the branch hierarchy records for the FTOS_ACC_BUBranch entity. It runs every hour. It comes with the Foundation package.

  • FTOS_ACC_CheckAddressExpirationDate - This job disables all the records from the Addressentity with the Expiration Date set in the past. It runs at 00:00, once a day. It comes with the Customer 360 Common package.

  • FTOS_ACC_CheckEmailExpirationDate - This job disables all the records from the FTOS_ACC_EmailAddress entity with the Expiration Date set in the past. It runs at 00:00, once a day. It comes with the Customer 360 Common package.

  • FTOS_ACC_CheckPhoneExpirationDate - This job disables all the records from the FTOS_ACC_PhoneNumber entity with the Expiration Date set in the past. It runs at 00:00, once a day. It comes with the Customer 360 Common package.

  • FTOS_ACC_CheckIdentityCardExpirationDate - This job disables all the records from the FTOS_ACC_IdentityCard entity with the Expiration Date set in the past. It runs at 00:00, once a day. It comes with the Customer 360 Private Individuals package.

  • FTOS_ACC_CloseExpiredSuggestions - This job disables all the records from the FTOS_ACC_GetProductSuggestions entity with the Expiration Date set in the past. Cron Expression 0 0 0 * * *
