Data Model Description

If you want to generate a new policy for your SME through the SME Commercial Combined Quote and Buy journey, you can use a predefined industry standard data model for insurance products, which you can further customize and tailor to your business needs.

The SME Commercial Combined Quote and Buy solution's data model was built based on the business entities created in FintechOS Studio. It contains entities which cover the quotations for every covered object, the final quotation, as well as the applicant data and details about the business.

The final generated quote is the central object of this accelerator and it is stored in the Commercial Quote entity. It contains information about the quote number, the selected proposal, the covered objects chosen for the contract, the begin and end date of the contract, as well as the policy document.

The data model contains entities designed specifically to hold data for the following:

• All the insured objects of the contract: buildings, business equipment, business interruption, commercial legal expenses, contents, cyber security, electronic equipment, employer's liability, flood parametric, products liability, public liability, stock, terrorism;

• The business activity of the SME;

• The industry sector of the SME;

• The applicant's corporate data;

• Declarations.
