Manage Payment Limits

To execute a payment, the amount being transferred must be within your limit. Otherwise, it cannot be processed. For individuals, the following limits are imposed:

  • transaction limits;
  • daily limit;
  • weekly limit;
  • monthly limit.

For SMEs and corporate customers, the payment limits are those set within the signature engine where each user has a limit up until they can sign the payment. For larger sums, there can be set rules where multiple users must sign the payment for it to be executed. There are four lists and each user belongs to one. The authorization rules can be built depending on your needs as a corporate customer. One example would be to have 2 users authorize payments over a certain limit, for example $5,000. The rules for limits are added when the account is created. To modify them, contact the Call Center or visit a branch.
