Utility Payments

A utility payment entails the initiation of a transaction for the payment of a utility service provided by a company. The type of payment is meant to pay for a utility bill, done intra-bank or inter-bank or through a third-party payment provider.

IMPORTANT!  
This payment does not have joint signature. Only one person has to sign a utility payment.

Log in to the Online and Mobile Banking solution using the given credentials. From the homepage, the user can:

  • initiate a new utility payment or initiate a utility payment from a saved contract
  • manage a registered utility contract.
