Migrate Your Previous User Account

This process transfers you from the legacy internet banking service of the bank to the FintechOS Online and Mobile Banking solution.

  1. Access the Online and Mobile Banking solution and insert the old username and password. Click Validate.
  2. If the credentials are confirmed, a One-Time-Password (OTPClosed One-Time-Password. It is a password generated by the system to validate a piece of information or sign a document.) is sent to your phone number. Insert the code into the OTP field. Once inserted, click OTP Verification.

  3. After the code is checked, the page informs you to visit any of the branches to continue the registration in the following 7 days.

  4. On this page, insert a username for logging into Online and Mobile Banking. By default, the application displays the phone number as username. It is automatically generated, but you can modify it.

    Next, you need to set a password and confirm it by inserting it twice.

    Once the process is successful, the system informs you that the registration online was completed.

  5. Click the Home button.
