Set Multiple Signatures

At account creation, if you have a corporate account, you can set up a rule for transfers exceeding a certain amount to require an authorization from a second user. This would mean that more than one user needs to sign the transaction for it to go through. Follow the steps below to sign a transaction as a second user:

  1. From the Homeage, click the List of Orders.
  2. Select the payment you wish to authorize by clicking the Pay symbol.
  3. The page Terms & Conditions is displayed informing you that an SMS is sent containing an OTP that must be inserted. Click Send to receive the SMS.
  4. Insert the received OTPClosed One-Time-Password. It is a password generated by the system to validate a piece of information or sign a document. code.If the code was not sent, click Re-send code. The maximum number of retries is 5. The OTP is valid for 15 minutes. .

    If you have trouble seeing the code, click Call me.

    NOTE  
    The functionality of the Call me button was not implemented.
  5. To verify the OTP inserted, click Authorize.
  6. Click Send to reinitiate the SMS or click the Try later button to save the payment and re-initiate it later.
  7. The confirmation page is displayed. For joint signature (a third signature is needed), the system displays the information that the payment is posted in the List of Orders waiting for the joint authorized approver to sign.
  8. Click Home to return to the home screen.
