Make Online Payments and Transfers

Money transfers and payments are some of the main activities in any online banking application. Such operations are available in the Online and Mobile Banking solution, which automatically validates the accounts and IBANs you add, fills in the bank name and details, verifies the transfer options and displays the expected date at which the money reaches the beneficiary account, as well as the fees.

Transfers are performed in three steps:

  • fill in the beneficiary account and amount

  • review the details

  • sign off on the payment.

Types of Transfers and Payments

  • Local currency payments: transferring between own accounts (same currency) or to another beneficiary within the same or other financial institution.
  • Foreign exchange: exchange money between your accounts digitally.
  • International and foreign currency transfers
  • Beneficiaries and payment templates: set up templates for quick recurring transfers.
  • Utility payments: pay your utility bills: the list of utility providers is administered by the bank.
  • Bulk payments: send transfers to multiple recipients at once, either for paying salaries to your employees or other situations in which such transfers are made.

Order List and Multiple Authorizations

The Order List helps you have a clear history of every payment and transfer made within the app. It also serves as a central point for SMEs and corporate customers, which rely on joint signatures for payment authorization, to see and be able to sign a transfer already inputted or signed by a peer within the company.

Queue Payments

For small companies that need to receive payments from a customer to pay other suppliers, the solution offers the possibility to queue payments while waiting for funds to reach the account, in case of insufficient balance. Rather than making the user log in several times on the same day to view the balance and only then to initiate the payment, the solution allows you to initiate a payment without the necessary balance. The system waits for the account to get the necessary funds, and then processes the payment.

Accessing Payments

Click Payments on the footer to initiate a payment. A pop-up opens with the following types:

  • Make a payment.
  • Utility Bills.
  • Exchange.
  • Own Account Transfer.
  • Bulk payments.
