Beneficiary & Payment Templates

A beneficiary template is a draft of a payment where the information about the receiver of the funds is already saved and does not need to be filled in again by the user.

A payment template is a draft of a payment where the information about the beneficiary and the amount to be sent is already saved.

Each saves the data: payer account, beneficiary name, beneficiary IBAN account, payment type, payment amount, payment currency, payment reason, BIC/SWIFT, details of charges, beneficiary address for the payment into the entity FTOS_IB_CustomerTemplates and it saves additionally the budget payment data as well: Obligated party, Company Id, Personal Id, Foreigner Personal Id, Type Code Payer, Type Code, Type Description, Document Type from the entity FTOS_IB_BGBudgetPaymentExt.

IMPORTANT!  
You cannot create two or multiple templates with the same IBAN and different beneficiary names.

Creating a Beneficiary Template

  1. Once a payment form has been filled in as explained in , at the end of the form there is a toggle to switch labeled Save Contact Details. Turn the toggle on by tapping.

    This type of template saves the following data:

    Beneficiary Account NumberTextIt is the IBAN of the account of the correspondent.

    Beneficiary BankTextThe name of the bank where the account number exists.
  2. Insert the Beneficiary Template Name.
  3. Toggle/Un-toggle the Visible? field, for the template to be visible to the other users for the business unit.
  4. Finalize the payment as usual, then the template is saved.

Initiating a Payment from the Beneficiary Template

  1. Log in the Online and Mobile Banking solution.
  2. On the homepage, scroll down to the footer.
  3. Click the Templates & Contacts button. The Templates page is displayed. By default, the system displays the Payment Templates.
  4. To access the contacts, click the Beneficiary Template button under the header. There is a search button, type the friendly name to find a specific template. There are three icons on each row:
    • X for deleting a template
    • A pencil for editing/ creating a payment
    • A warning for the templates that have not been authorized (optional).
  5. Click the Edit button in the shape of a pencil.
  6. For each template, there is a row with the following details:

    AccountTextThis is the account number of the beneficiary.

    Two buttons are available here:

    • Delete
    • Create payment.
  7. Click Review payment. Then authorize the payment inserting the OTP.

Deleting a Beneficiary Template

To delete a beneficiary template, from the Beneficiary Template page, click the X symbol.

Payment Template

HINT  
You can create a template from the Make a payment screen or modify an existing template. The original template is kept in the system and the modified version is saved as well.

Deleting a Payment Template

To delete a payment template, follow in the Action column, click Delete.

Searching for a Template

Each form has the search capability. In the field labeled search, insert the friendly name of the template to locate it. You can only search the payment templates in the payment templates form and the same applied to the beneficiary templates.

After you have inserted the characters for which the system to look for, click Search. All the matching entries are displayed.
